    DOMAIN NAME(S)
  1. The domain name(s) registered for your SohoMail account is renewable under the SohoMail account on an annual basis. It may not be renewed seperately of the SohoMail account with the exception of the Domain Release fee.
    SUSPENSION OF SOHOMAIL DOMAIN NAME(S)
  1. The domain name(s) registered for your SohoMail account will be suspended as part of your SohoMail account suspension upon non-payment of your SohoMail renewal fee.
    REACTIVATION OF SOHOMAIL DOMAIN NAME(S)
  1. The domain name(s) registered for your SohoMail account will only be reactivated, along with your SohoMail service, when the reactivation fee has been paid. The domain name(s) cannot be reactivated seperately from the SohoMail account with the exception of paying the Domain Release Fee.
    DOMAIN RELEASE FEE
  1. Domain reactivation and registrar transfer of the SohoMail domain name(s) will not be allowed unless a flat one-time Domain Release fee of $150 is paid prior to release.
    PRORATING
  1. Additional features for your SohoMail account are purchased on a 12-monthly basis. They will not be pro-rated by default unless you purchase a one-time Pro-Rate service at the published rates.
    GST CHARGES
  1. All Webvisions services are subject to the prevailing GST charge. This GST charge will only be applied to Singapore-based Webvisions customers, and does not affect overseas customers.
  2. All domain fees include the absorption of GST charges that cannot be excluded from the domain fee.
    ORDER PROCESSING
  1. Orders taken between Monday and Friday take 1 business day to process.
  2. Once your order has been processed, your server configuration information will be sent to you via E-mail.
  3. Billing dates will commence upon the registration of the domain name.
    MISCELLANEOUS FEES AND DISCOUNT NOTICE
  1. Promotional packages are not valid with other promotional packages or for any further discounts.
  2. If you change the configuration on your server in such a way that it no longer works, we will fix it for you at $90/hour. (minimum 1 hour).
  3. All prices are subjected to change. New prices will be updated in our website.
  4. Webvisions reserves the right to amend or change our billing policy at anytime without prior notice.
    PAYMENT
  1. SohoMail payments are accepted strictly by credit card only.
    INVOICING AND CYCLES
  1. SohoMail accounts are invoiced prior to commence of service period. Payment for future cycles is required prior to the start of the cycle by the above stated payment method. Non-receipt of payment will result in suspension of service on the start of the cycle date.
  2. Webvisions reserves the right to invoice the client retrospectively for any unbilled services that have been used or subscribed by the customer. Webvisions further reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service for non-payment if the invoice remains unpaid by the stipulated invoice due date.
  3. All payments made for any Virtual Server order is not refundable unless otherwise specified. In the event of a refund, you will be refunded the remaining months of your pre-paid bill subject to a $10 administrative charge. (see below on administrative charge).
  4. All virtual hosting plans and shared services plans are non-refundable, and are non-refundable for all situations, including but not limited to: upgrading of plans, downgrading of plans, change of plan to a plan of equal value, cancellation of plan.
  5. A S$10 administrative fee plus any postage & bank charges is payable to WEBVISIONS for any refunds made out. All refunds will be made out by normal mail via cheques/checks.
  6. In upgrading your SohoMail accounts to any other shared hosting plan, you will be billed the difference in plans changed and the hosting service will automatically be renewed for the existing plan term.
  7. Upgrade are allowed if the new plan has a higher recurring value than your current SohoMail account. The relevent upgrade fee, usually $50, would apply.
    SUSPENSION, TERMINATION AND REMOVAL OF SERVICES
  1. Your SohoMail account will be deactivated 1 day after the end of the paid term unless payment for the new term is received prior to the last day of term.
  2. A first-time reactivation fee of $50 applies when the service is reactivated.
  3. 30 days after a SohoMail account is suspended, it will be removed and all contents will not be retrievable.
  4. Once the SohoMail account is removed, it can be re-configured as a new account but will be done so without its original contents or preferences. If re-configuration is done within 30 days of its deletion, a second-time reactivation fee of $25 (in addition to the first) will apply
  5. The customer hereby acknowledges that non-receipt of statement of account, bill of charges or any correspondence in relation to his WEBVISIONS services is not a valid reason for the customer to hold back or delay any outstanding payment due to WEBVISIONS.
  6. The customer bears full responsibility for ensuring that payments for outstanding bills are received by Webvisions on or before the Due Dates as stated in the issued invoices. Any customer account that has overdue invoices and/or invoices that have not been paid in full are subject to suspension and deletion of all services billed to that customer account.
  7. Any disputes should also be brought forward within the month of invoice billing to Webvisions' prompt attention. Please submit all disputes to billing@webvisions.com or use our Support request form at http://www.webvisions.com
  8. Termination of service request must be submitted no less than 30 days prior notice to the commencement of the new service cycle. In this respect, the customer will have to submit their cancellation notice of any service through WEBVISIONS?official website using the cancellation form and options provided for the purpose.
