What do I need to have to use eMarketer?
Ans: All you need is an Internet connection with Internet Explorer Version 5.5 or higher.

Do I need to be hosted with Webvisions to use eMarketer?
Ans: No, you don't. This is a standalone service.

Do you provide pre-designed mailer templates?
Ans: No. However, eMarketer has a point-and-drag web editor that allows you to create your own mailers and insert pictures/flash. The interface is similar to Microsoft Word and very easy to use.  You can also insert existing web pages for your mailers.

Does eMarketer come with a database? Will you sell me a database of emails?
Ans: No, eMarketer is an online application meant for you to manage and market to your existing clientele database.  It does not come with a ready database of email addresses.

 Will eMarketer work with my existing database of email addresses?
Ans: Yes. You can import in Excel or tab-delimineated database readily and easily into eMarketer and start sending out mail messages within minutes.

What is the email address of the mailing list?
Ans: You can set your own email address for the mailing list, but you will also be assigned one from Webvisions.

What is the maximum limit of subscribers I can send messages to?
Ans: The maximum subscriber limit depends on the plan you select (see below).

I was banned from my provider for mass mailing. Will you do the same?
Ans: eMarketer is not suitable for large-scale non-targetted mass prospecting.  If you sign up for an eMarketer account, you are required to be aware of and adhere to our anti-spam policies and to use the application's double opt-in feature. 

Can I use eMarketer from any country?
Ans: eMarketer is hosted in Singapore but it is a standard hosted email marketing solution. It can be used wherever you have an Internet connection, and there are no restrictions on speed of sending or receiving the email.   Click on the demo option above to try it out.
