Webvisions has very knowledgeable and experienced staff to assist clients in the administration and maintenance of their virtual, dedicated and co-located servers. These services are useful if you require us to assist in troubleshooting applications/OS, installing applications, kernel optimizing, restoring backup after a server crash or even just plain re-installation of operating systems. Unless otherwise specified, Webvisions siteAdmin service includes:

    • Operating System upgrades

    • Configuring Web Servers (adding domains, password protection)
    • Configuring FTP Server (restricting access, setting up new users)

  • Software installation and Configuration
    - Configuration instructions must be provided by client

  • Operating system troubleshooting

  • CGI Scripting
    • Troubleshooting
    • Installation

  • Hardware installation and Upgrades
    • Ram/Memory upgrades
    • Replacing hardware components with spares or upgrades
    • Installation/Replacement of hard drives

Support Plans

Adhoc Support
1 hr.			$250 per hour


Prepaid Support Plans - SiteAdmin Service Packs	
10 hrs. per pack	$1800

Note: Prepaid Support Plans (Siteadmin Service Packs) have no expiry dates. except upon the cancellation of your Service Contract/Agreement. It can be renewed along with the renewal of your Service Contract/Agreement. Service Packs are also not refundable for cash in any circumstances.

System Administration services are performed between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. SGT (GMT+8) Monday through Friday. Any system administration service outside these hours are billed at $400 per hour or double the usage in a prepaid service. For example, if 1 hour of work is conducted outside office hours, it is equivalent to 2 hours of pre-paid support time.

The minimum support time billed in any instance is 1 hour. Support time is calculated the moment an engineer begins work on a Work Order to completion of job specified. This will include time needed for troubleshooting problems, researching of solutions and travelling to customer locations.
