How to Order

How to get your SME Hosting Plan?

Reserved Domain at ACRA
If you are a newly registered business and have reserved your domain at ACRA, you can activate the domain to be used for your SME hosting plan. Your domain will be reserved for 3 months.

Proceed to the order form, and enter the domain in the Domain Selection. In the additional information box, enter the IC number of one of the directors of the business registered.

No Reserved Domain at ACRA
As long you have a live Singapore-registered business with valid ACRA number and do not have a .SG domain registered to this business, you may register one .SG domain name under this subsidy scheme.

Proceed to the order form, and enter the domain in the Domain Selection. Complete the order submission and payment step. Your organisation will be verified for qualification before your order will be processed.

Ans: You can reserve a domain at ACRA when you register your business. If you do not have a domain reserved, we will register and activate it for you when you submit your order

Ans: Yes, you can choose to have HTML support for your web site pages or choose Website Builder option (which is the same price), which allows you to choose your web site design template and publish directly to web site .
If I just need email, can I use this plan?
Ans: Yes. In fact this plan serves all your web site and email needs. If you only need email first, you can use the plan for email only. Later when you need web services, you do not have to purchase an additional web site. You can immediately start uploading your web pages.
