We provide remote desktop assistance for our customers.
At times, we may be required to remotely access your machine to help you troubleshoot. For such instances, we will use the TeamViewer software to provide remote desktop support.
1 Download for Windows/Mac and run the application
2 Let us know your ID Number and Password
Step 2 – Let us know your ID # & Password
Once you have downloaded the TeamViewer application, inform our support staff of your “ID” and “Password” (highlighted in blue in the picture on the right). We will then be able to help you troubleshoot the issue, as if we’re sitting beside you. Once you close the application, Webvisions will no longer have access.
